One clear photo of each person
You do not need to be in the same place. Choose a recent photo of each of you, with one person per image and the whole face visible. Similar lighting helps keep the references consistent.
Or one photo of you together
Choose a photo with only the two of you. Both faces should be sharp, well lit and large enough to see clearly. Avoid group photos, sunglasses and heavy beauty filters.
Can we make couple photos from separate selfies?
Yes. Choose Separate and add one photo of each person, or choose Together and upload one photo showing both of you. Both people must be 18 or older; you must be one of them and have the other person’s permission.
Will the photos look exactly like us?
The AI uses both reference photos to guide your appearance, but likeness can vary. Faces, expressions and small details may change. Clear, unfiltered photos give it a better reference; the examples are a style guide, not a guarantee of your result.
Can we choose different clothes or a specific location?
Choose a home, city, countryside or seaside style, then use Preferences to describe clothing or a location for the whole set. One shot lets you choose a specific pose; Full set includes all six. Reference photos guide who appears, rather than locking in the original clothing or background.
Does this work for same-sex couples?
You can upload photos of any two consenting adults, including same-sex couples. The scene does not ask you to assign gender roles. As with any pairing, likeness and pose accuracy can vary.
When can I download my images?
Images appear individually as they finish. Timing varies with the scene and provider demand. You can leave this page and return to My creations to check progress and download completed images at their original output size. Downloading again does not use credits.
How many images are in a set, and what does it cost?
Choose One shot for 1, 2 or 4 versions at 1 credit per image, or Full set for 6 photos for 6 credits. The number of images and total credit cost are shown above before you generate. Completed images are saved privately in My creations, where you can return to download them.
What happens if an image fails to generate?
Credits for failed images are returned automatically. Any completed images stay available, so a partial failure does not mean losing the whole set. If an image completes but you are unhappy with the result, contact support@heretake.com for help.
